DAY 87- WOW!!! Walking on Broken Glass

Can you believe it has been 87 days since the start of this whole thing. I can't believe it. Before to long we will be halfway done. Next Wednesday will be 3 months. Which means we will only have 3 months to go....Yippee!

So it has been a bit since I blogged. I changed jobs and got a different schedule so I am still figuring out my workout times and eating times. Thursday I imploded at work. There is always free food around- pizza, cookies, brownies, chips....always very bad. So Thursday I ate pizza, Oreo cookies and cereal. WOW! I feel like I was walking on broken glass...something beautiful shattered into something that cut the crap-ola out of me!!!

But I felt so bad that I worked out for 1 hour 45 minutes on Friday then I worked out 2 hours 20 minutes this morning. I stuck to my diet yesterday & so far today despite seeing grilled gooey wonderful cheese sandwiches today and smores, hot dogs and chips last night at our hayride.

Today I did Fred's Body Blast class. SERIOUSLY!!!! I swear we did 1000 squats. You think I am exaggerating but I am telling the truth!!!

I think Fred had a bad night last night or awful dreams while he slept or something because he assaulted us like we were trying to steal his wallet. Up down, hold for 8, up and down for 8 then 8 on this side, 8 on the other, 8 with knee ups, 8 with kicks, 8 with side kicks...all on both sides. Then 50 at the end (2x for me) only after we did 3 more set of 8 each with weights....plus side squats, default squats....KILLER SQUATS.

I may not be able to stand up tomorrow. Then because I am a gluton for punishment I took Kick Boxing right after Fred's class. It wasn't a struggle but what was hilarious was that John made us do lots of squats in Kick Boxing too. I told Fred I was going to kill him (he took the class to & regretted all the squats- hee hee!)

Well to give you an update on my numbers (in 11 weeks):

POUNDS LOST: 27
BODY FAT LOST: 13% down
Inches: 29 total all over
Sizes: Down 2 pant sizes

I promise you guys I won't give up. Give me grace when I fall but hold me accountable.

  1. I can verify that Fred did make us do at least 1000 squats. Can't believe you did more squats in kickboxing. Yikes. Jen
