It was a great boost & to see how far I have come. Still far to go. Today we started a different diet- an all protein diet with good fats mixed in but no veggies or fruits, carbs or anything else. It was okay today. I am still good to go, but I have learned that my body can do a 180 quickly & with some vengeance.
Tomorrow we have D.'s workout. I have some trouble getting all of my workouts in on Mondays & Wednesdays since I work late. I have got to figure out something because ladies, life does not slow for us. We must stay the course even in the rocky roads.
HIGH: Fitting into another pair of skinner jeans & buying a size 10 pants.
LOW: Desiring the chocolate cake but holding steady
