So I got up and spun this morning with June. It was good. My legs hurt & were already worn out from doing stadium stairs last night. They were difficult because it was really dark out & the lights were not at the stadium. Going up was fine but coming down my equilibrium was a bit off. Yesterday we had Dorianna and did upper body. My legs hurt then too because Tuesday we worked legs.
I don't know if I talked about our new diet but it isn't hard. The food is good. Again with the same thing everyday. But it isn't bad. I just have to remember to eat. I am faced with temptation from food everywhere I look at work. Brownies, cookies, cake- you name it. It is in my face.
I must admit- I gave in this week and had 2 cookies and a brownie. That probably did not help the new diet since the whole point is to have absolutely no CARBS so our body uses the good fat were eating as energy.
HIGH: Clothes fitting even better & giving most of my tops away.
LOW: Cheating on the diet.
I am worried I might hit a wall and be unable to break through. Don't Stop Believin' has got to be my new motto. Everybody sing it with me....
